Sessions run Mondays-Fridays for 4 weeks. Online/virtual recorded classes to build your personal mediation practice.

Sessions run through a Private Facebook Group:

Week 1 - 5 minute sessions

Week 2 - 10 minutes sessions

Week 3 - 15 minutes sessions

Week 4 - 20 minute sessions
